Weird but True
Have you noticed a change in the taste of water you are consuming? The overhead tank between Topaz and Emerald had incredibly not been in use since its construction 17 years ago due to fear of it collapsing under its own weight. Strangely, it has been in operation for a month now after an inspection.
Horticulturists were especially appointed to see the feasibility of growing Bougainvillea between the road and the Emerald Hostel. Bougainvillea, incidentally, is one of those plants that requires least attention.
